The Wii is a video game console and was released by Nintendo on November 19, 2006.
It is the 5th home console from Nintendo and its successor of its not so successful platform, the Nintendo GameCube. The Wii has many components such as being compatible with GameCube discs and it even has 4 GameCube ports for games such as Super Smash Bro's Brawl in which you can use the Wiimote or the GameCube controller to play. But the biggest and most interesting thing about the Wii is its motion censor in which you are "moving" to play the game. Games such as The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword use the motion censor to the best of its ability. In the game play you actually move the Wii-mote to move the sword and to click anything on screen and for various items in the game such as the bow and arrow.
